These terms apply to your use of assayfinance.com (the "site"), run by Assay ("Assay", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.
What the site is
The site describes Assay, a permission layer that lets banks and credit unions control what their customers' AI agents can do. It's for general information only.
- No banking services. Assay is a software company. We don't hold funds, provide banking or payment services, or move money. Banks' own systems and payment rails do that.
- Demo and examples. The product demo, film and examples on the site use fictional names, numbers and records. They show how the product is designed to work and aren't a live service.
- Not legal or financial advice. Our guides on topics such as UCC Article 4A and Regulation E are general information. Talk to your own counsel before relying on them.
- No offer. Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services. Any pilot or deployment will be governed by a separate written agreement.
Using the site
You may browse the site, share links to it, and quote short passages with credit to Assay. Please don't:
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site;
- copy the site or its content at scale, or present it as your own;
- use the site to break any law or anyone's rights.
Our content
The site's text, design, demo, film and the Assay name and logo belong to Assay. Except as allowed above, you need our permission to reuse them.
Links to other sites
We link to third-party sources and services. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate, but it's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Information may be incomplete or out of date.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Assay isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
